Watching my beautiful wife, Stef Mace, become a Realtor and seeing the joy in her clients’ eyes as they closed on the house they were eager to turn into a home showed me how truly impactful this career can be. As a husband-and-wife team at The Move Group, we now get to work side by side for our clients and friends. As some say, she’s your shield and I’m your sword—together, we serve our clients even better.

After spending what felt like an entire season of my adult life in technology, I looked back and realized I couldn’t actually see what I had done to permanently better the lives of those around me. That’s when I decided that if I was going to live a full life worth looking back on, I needed to make a change in how I served people.

A home. It’s the one thing my brother and I never truly had growing up. We moved a lot and changed schools many times. Looking back now, I clearly see what having a real HOME means.

I’ve spent the last five years as a general contractor in Yankton, helping you turn your dream living spaces and improvements into reality. That journey continues, and thanks to all of you, we now have a full-time crew who will keep serving you.

I bring a slightly different perspective to my real estate career. As an investor, general contractor, and RE consultant, I’ve had the chance to see real estate in many different forms and functions. I only hope my experience in those fields will bring you massive dividends as we find the perfect home for whatever chapter or season of life you’re in.
